Meditation encourages us to soften the voice of our analytical, everyday-thinking-brain and tap into our intuitive, creative, subconscious mind. It invites us to access information on a deeper level. analysing can build blockages, traps and more often than not can lead to limited cyclical thought processes. Our bodies have five senses: touch, smell, taste, sight, hearing. But not to be overlooked are the senses of our child within: intuition, peace, foresight, trust, empathy. The differences between us lie in our use of these senses; most of us don’t know anything about the inner senses while a few people rely on them just as they rely on their physical senses, and in fact probably even more.” .
