Introducing a small, doable daily creative meditation into our child within practice
Introducing a small, doable daily creative meditation into our child within practice is a way to invite the inner imagery that can clearly express the more hidden parts of our Child Within that are longing for expression, acceptance and integration. Child-Within-Expression is a process of gentleness and self-acceptance.
Most of the focus of Child-Within-Expression will support exiled or rejected parts of self- often our child within - to have a voice, so that we can learn to love ourself in way that we were unable, or unsupported to do in the past. A daily, self-reflective process need not be laborious.
Creative practices such as writing exercises, collage, art journaling, intuitive painting and drawing, writing down our memories narratives , and daily focusing on the issues and problems of our everyday life will support us to give our hidden, more rejected parts of our child within a voice.
